Today,  October 31, 2025 Tribal Council passed Resolution to approve an Emergency General Welfare Assistance Program for FY2025 to every eligible adult CTCLUSI Enrolled member.

This financial assistance is designed to provide relief and to defray any costs associated with the Government Shutdown, or hardships due to the over all increase of U.S. Cost of Living that may have negative financial impacts on our Tribal membership.  

All members will being sent information via USPS today, however you may apply online NOW.

Please login to the Citizen Portal for more details and to fill out your application online.

Deadline to submit application: December 31, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. pst (pacific standard time).

Important Information about the CTCLUSI General Welfare Assistance Application  Process (posted 11/6/25):

– Applications will be processed in the order they are received.  Please allow 7-10 days from submission date,  to be funded.

– If you have submitted an application online you DO NOT need to send in a paper copy.

– Only ONE application per CTCLUSI Tribal Adult will be processed.

– Due to the high volume of calls regarding the application process we ask that you please send questions by email to enrollment@ctclusi.org so that we can address your concerns in a timely manner.
