Psychiatric Care

In the behavioral health area of our clinic, our Psychiatric Team will provide an in-depth evaluation where we will explore aspects of your social, psychiatric, and family history. We will collaboratively identify areas where, together, we can help you make improvements to your mental health and wellbeing. Then we focus on making a plan with you to offer as many or as few services at our clinic as you feel appropriate. We can offer a breadth of options that can include:

• Psychiatric medication management
• Psychotherapy across the life span, including groups
• Care concierge services to help you explore services available from us but also in the community outside our clinic
• Collaboration with your current and past outside providers to gather records and coordinate care
• Integrated team-based care where we work closely with your medical team at Three Rivers Health Center to synergistically improve all aspects of your health.

Our Behavioral Health team is passionate about providing a healing space for individuals, families, and groups where you can share your story and receive support to improve your social, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Providers are here to guide you through life’s challenges, offering strategies for coping, healing, and personal growth. Our team is fully integrated into the medical care we provide at Three Rivers Health Center. This means you may meet one of our Behavioral Health care providers during an appointment in the medical offices for a quick consultation and ongoing support with your health goals.
