The CTLUSI Language Back-to-School Clothing Program Application is Now Open. To be eligible, there must be at least one enrolled CLUSI Tribal member in the household. All K–12 youth living in that household are eligible to receive clothing. Only parents or legal guardians of eligible youth are permitted to complete this form. Submissions from individuals who do not meet this requirement will not be processed.
