Children of CTCLUSI Families and Administration Staff Ages 5 – 18
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, CTCLUSI will be hosting its Spring Break Day Camp via zoom for Children of CTCLUSI Families and Administration Staff Ages 5-18. If your child(ren) would like to participate virtually but have barriers (I.E. equipment, internet access, etc.), please contact Josh Davies, Education Director at 541-888-1314 or jdavies@ctclusi.org.
A schedule of activities will be sent to the emails provided on this form in addition to a ZOOM link, where most of the activities will be hosted. Some of the activities will occur on a new Virtual platform called Gather (www.gather.town). Supplies for each activity will be mailed to the address specified on this form as well.
