Child Care Development Fund

The Child Care & Development Fund is a program that assists families in obtaining childcare for work and/or training/education purposes as well as assisting Tribal members in becoming state certified childcare providers.  To qualify, you must reside in the 5-county service area of Coos, Curry, Douglas, Lane or Lincoln Counties.

Child Care Development Fund (CCDF Program)
Childcare services birth to 5 years old can receive full-time childcare services.
Students Kindergarten up to 12 years old can receive before and/or after school care.
Services during school hours are not qualified for students Kindergarten up to 12 years old.

Eligibility:
• Must be a CTCLUSI enrolled tribal member.
• There is no income requirement to participate, and no co-pays.
• Parent/guardian must show proof of employment, and/or enrollment in college or other programs.
• Participants must fill out a Parent and Provider applications which can be found on the Tribe’s website.
• Provider can be a licensed Childcare Center, Licensed In-Home Childcare, or a Family Provider (grandparent, great-grandparent, aunt, uncle, sibling living in separate housing) with a cleared background check and current Pediatric CPR/1st Aid certification.
